Serving Suggestion: Add to a cheese board, antipasto. Use as a topping for a goat's cheese crostini with crisp shards of prosciutto. Wrap with pancetta & skewer over blue cheese then roast lightly. Add to rolled pork as a stuffing before roasting, or dip figs in melted chocolate, set then serve with coffee.
